Sea Ray is a boat and yacht manufacturer founded in Detroit, Michigan by C.N. Ray in 1959. It’s one of the largest manufactures of pleasure boats, and it produces boats from 18 feet to 61 feet. In 1986, Brunswick Corporation bought Sea Ray, which made Brunswick the largest pleasure boat producer in the world.
Today, Sea Ray is based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and has facilities in Tennessee and Florida. It sells more than 40 boat and yacht models.
